Born and raised in and around the Dallas Fort Worth area, Russell was always at home behind a microphone. He "works" as a stand-up comedian and event host traveling the country visiting or performing in 36 states so far. Russell worked for a year at SiriusXM satellite radio in New York City before Texas called him home. He then spent 4 years as a Radio Host in West Texas becoming the top ranked Afternoon Drive (2pm-7pm) DJ of the area. Now Russell does voice and audio work full time. When he isn't in his recording studio Russell is spending time with his scrappy dog Festus.
